The author discusses the case of a Japanese Female client in her 50s who was in the conflicts with her parents and children and repressed the traumas. In her psychotherapy she works towards integrating the spiritual opposite miniatures (serpent and tiger) as well as both empty (only the sand without the miniatures) and the full (a lot of narratives). At the last figure, she makes the scene of "2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami". It is dstructive but is also constructive by the new lives which she has integrated. It's death and renewal, a kind of initiation which the author wants to discuss. She is, in a sense, very creative because of/despite of this destructiveness.
